Neil, Cathy, and the Heimsoth family are proud to present Bar H - a mobile cocktail bar that combines the two things we love and cherish most - our family and our farmette.

The Heimsoth family has deep roots in the service and beverage industries. Neil Sr. ran Heimer’s Brew House, a local drive thru Coffee Shop, for nine years, offering an entertaining experience and excellent coffee to his regulars.

Neil Jr. is an award-winning mixologist and past Beverage Director for two of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular restaurants. Today Neil services restaurants across the Lehigh Valley as an account representative for Southern.

In a previous role, Neil Jr.’s knowledge and creativity helped land Bethlehem’s The Bookstore Speakeasy on Men’s Journal’s list of the “19 Best Cocktail Bars in America You Must Try” (The Bookstore is #7).

Through Bar H, the Heimsoth family are able to provide the perfect mobile platform for your event, with a full-size mobile bar truck outfitted with a custom walnut bar, bringing farm-to-table elegance to every venue!
